I don't like that the cause of asthma is covered by the blanket statement of allergies, as I have exercise induced asthma that has nothing to do with allergies. This statement is corrected later int he article, but it makes one take pause at each statement just in case it too might be just a little bit incorrect as well. Still, the rest of the info I found to be good and quite useful. It is very basic, beginner info.
