I thought this was an excellent guide about asthma and controlling asthma. The first page gives information on diagnosing asthma, but if you click on the arrow at the bottom of the page it will take you to other pages with more information. It covers drug therapy and the different types of delivery methods, keeping track of your breathing with the peak flow meter, and things to avoid to help alleviate asthma symptoms. It covers when to see your doctor and things to ask. Overall a very educational and easy to understand article.
