Good general info about pet allergies, but doesn't address cats specifically. I would have liked to have seen some medication information, too.

I did not like the irresponsible advice given in this article. I do not personally agree that animals should either be discarded or left outside in order to accommodate an owner's allergies. There are ways of managing allergies, and ways of testing oneself for allergies before taking the step of acquiring a pet in the first place.
